OVERVIEW
When Royal Sovereign, an international leading-edge manufacturer of office equipment and appliances, approached Boss Creative about designing and developing their product website, we jumped at the chance. They wanted a clean, crisp design that worked with their existing logo and branding. They needed a clear navigational structure to organize thousands of products, along with individual product descriptions and pop-up detail photos, how-to videos, online product registration features, parts & accessory info, owner's manual downloads, customer service and warranty information.
A simple but secure Content Management System allows them to make updates on every product. Controlled, secure access portal for international distributors was incorporated. Moreover, the product features had to be linked flawlessly to the appropriate country's order fulfillment site. An extensive FAQ section allows for a unique reference number for each customer query, with a sorting module that pops the most frequently asked questions to the top of the list. Yet for all the complex development on this intricate site, the visuals and functionality are crystal clear.
